WE GO TOGETHER LIKE POP CULTURE & PODCASTS. 

We're Liz and Aaron, the hosts of Married to the Idea, where we discuss movies, television shows, books, and various other parts of pop culture from two different points of view. Sometimes we agree, sometimes we don't, but that's what makes our podcast, and our lives, exciting. We met in our middle school library over a dozen years ago, when the librarians suggested we two book lovers would get along great. And we did, so much so that we've been together for ten years and married for two. We've learned a little bit more about each other since then, of course. We both enjoy board games, graphic novels, and chocolate ice cream. We like cosplaying, rock climbing, and going on adventures. But most of all, we like to talk.

A lot.

This got us thinking about starting our own podcast, where we could talk about our similar and differing opinions on some of our favorite, and not so favorite, parts of pop culture, which eventually became Married to the Idea. We're just excited that we followed through on this impulsive late-night idea in the first place, and we hope that you enjoy listening to us as much as we like talking.
